Adriana Castro-Convers is a licensed psychologist in both Pennsylvania and Florida. She currently works in the capacity of staff psychologist for Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and is in private practice offering individual, couples and family therapies, lecturing on diversity theory, as well as acting as clinical supervisor to graduate-level students who are completing their masters and doctoral level training at nearby universities. She has also served as an adjunct professor of psychology at colleges/universities in the Philadelphia region lecturing on multicultural diversity, psychopathology, and Relational, Feminist and LGBT-affirming therapies.
Dr. Castro-Convers works with individuals, couples, and families to facilitate change, promote personal growth, greater contentment, and personal effectiveness. Furthermore, she has the training and knowledge to provide assessments in accordance with the WPATH Standards of Care for transgender individuals who are seeking letters of support for gender-confirmation surgery or other forms of trans-related care.
